Dedicated to Mertsu from Finland, who also had the idea to compile a Ting kitchen guide with good tricks, guidelines and advices to share kitchen- and food knowledge, but never made it because she unexpectedly died, much too young.

Also dedicated to and meant for all those family members who'd like to take initiative, but are overpowered by the idea of the big quantities. Quantities are indeed huge, timing is different from home, …, but people on Ting appreciate the food and the people who prepare it, so … be prepared to be appreciated.
